Returns & Exchange Policy

Our store’s return & exchange policy is designed to ensure customer satisfaction while maintaining fairness and quality standards. Please familiarize yourself with these guidelines before making any purchase:

SECTION A: RETURN POLICY

  • Applicability: This policy applies to all regular-priced items and is valid for 7 days from the purchase date. Returns are accepted only for defective items or those grossly misrepresented in our listings.
  • Eligibility: To qualify for a return, items must be unused, in their original condition, with all original tags and packaging. Returns are not accepted for items on sale, promotional offers, or regular-priced items outside the 7-day period.
  • Process: If your item meets these criteria and you wish to return it, please contact us at +6010-5698668 for the return address.
  • Postage Costs: These are the responsibility of the buyer and are non-refundable. We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance, as we process exchanges only after receiving the returned item.
  • Inspection and Notification: Upon receiving and inspecting your return, we’ll contact you to confirm receipt and inform you of the approval or rejection of your exchange.

SECTION B: EXCHANGE POLICY

  • Default Option: Exchanges are provided for returned products.
  • Out-of-Stock Items: If the item is unavailable, choose between exchanging for another available item or receiving a refund (if eligible under the refund policy).
  • Value Differences: No refunds are issued for exchanges for lower-value items. For higher-value items, you must pay the difference.
  • Case-by-Case Consideration: We may consider exchange requests on an individual basis. Accepted exchanges incur a RM10 fee for postage and handling.

SECTION C: REFUND POLICY

  • Conditions: Refunds, based on the original payment amount for the returned item, are offered only if the item is out-of-stock. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
  • Processing: Approved refunds are processed within 21 business days and credited to the provided bank account.
  • Follow-up: If you haven’t received your refund after 21 business days, please contact us.
